Our fantastic team will work collaboratively with you throughout the event journey from your enquiry to seamless delivery on the day and a perfectly executed clean-up. They will work with you to design a menu tailored exclusively to you, which will be curated from the finest ingredients and prepared using artisan products and locally sourced produce. The team’s passion and attention to detail will ensure a wonderful and uniquely memorable occasion.

We are members of the Nationwide Caterers Association (NCASS) and work closely with our local Environmental Health Officer to ensure the business is up to date current legislation.

Where are you based and where do you work?We are based in Goudhurst near Tunbridge Wells. The majority of our clients are based within 25 miles of us and in South London. We are more than happy to travel further afield including internationally by arrangement!

Are you a registered as a caterer and do you hold appropriate insurance?Yes & Yes! We are fully insured and pride ourselves on being members of of NCASS and holding a 5* Food Hygiene Rating as awarded by our Environmental Health Authority.

Meet Our Founder - Hugo Miller-Brown
Earlier in his career our founder, Hugo Miller-Brown, would regularly manage teams of over 150 staff to deliver prestigious events for over 1,000 guests at globally renowned venues such as Grade 1 Listed, UNESCO World Heritage Sites, sporting arenas and Royal Palaces at private dinners, film premieres, balls, launches, sporting and society events across the United Kingdom, Europe and further afield.

Having relocated to the beautiful Wealden village of Goudhurst in the garden of England surrounded by hop fields, orchards and forests Hugo decided to return to his roots, pursue his passion for food and launched Miller-Brown Fine Dining & Event Planning.
